Yum. This bread is good. And easy. And vegan. The chocolate and banana make a delicious combination. You could also add walnuts or dried cherries or whatever other additions your heart desires!
this recipe from Post Punk Kitchen. I used olive oil where they used canola oil and whole wheat flour where they used all purpose flour, which is probably why my loaf looks darker and denser than theirs. And you should probably double this recipe and make two loaves instead of one - I wish I would have!
